Job Description

  • Daily accounting functions, including:
    • Account Payable Management – Verifying, Posting and Issuing of cheques and payment transfers for invoices and claims
    • Account Receivable Management – Ensure AR invoices are issued accurately and timely, Credit Control and Debt Collection
    • Bank & Petty cash – Control & Management
  • Ensure Timely Closing of Monthly Accounts
  • Prepare Monthly Financial Statements & Variance Analysis
  • Prepare Monthly /Yearly Accounting & Audit Schedules
  • Perform Monthly Bank, Interco and Prepaid Revenue Reconciliation
  • Annual Audit
  • Maintain Confidential Employee Files and Documents
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll and Generate Payslip
  • Responsible for Monthly, Annual PPN, PPh & Other Tax Returns
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate superior

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting with at least 3-4 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Meticulous and with an aptitude for figures
  • Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Work independently and communicate well at all levels
