At the moment, we are creating a machine-readable recruiting ecosystem, and we are looking for a talented, passionate and personable designer to join us!
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll have some time on your own to start the day to work without any distractions. In the afternoon, everyone comes to the office to collaborate.
Most of the time, you will be working closely with our data scientist, engineer and co-founders to design, improve and develop our recruitment platform, new recruitment product(s), marketing collateral, etc.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work with clients across many industries. Because we often take on their “Chief HR Officer” role, you’ll be pivotal in helping them design their employment branding from scratch.
Thus, you will be the key person in creating a product hundreds/thousands/millions of users love and creating a great brand for ourselves and our clients!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A positive attitude and good cultural fit with our team.
- Mastery is Adobe design Suite (AI, PS, InDesign), other visual design and wireframing tools (Sketch etc) is a must.
- An awesome portfolio. We do not care about degrees or previous experience, as long as you can show us what you can do with your portfolio!
- Fluency in English - you’re going to be in an international and global team!
