Job Description

• Understand and can explain how it works for both suppliers and consumers of
HelloToby
• Swiftly respond to user enquiries through the phone, WhatsApp, online chat, social
media and e-mails
• Effectively communicate HelloToby’s mobile app experience (Android and iOS)
and web experience
• Handle user issues efficiently and responsibly follow up for the best user
experience
• Handle disputes in accordance to existing policies and procedures, ability to think
under stressful situation
• Work with the management team and peers to effectively resolve high priority
member issues
• Record and communicate bugs and user feedback to the developers and the
management team
• Stay informed of all site and policy changes as they occur and be able to articulate
them accurately

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferred
• Working experience in customer service an advantage
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer development and relationship management skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately availability preferred
