Pro Acquisition Associate
at hellotoby Technology (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
• Work to rapidly grow the service provider base by proactively market the platform
to new pros and successfully onboard them through tele-marketing, forums,
social, and e-mails
• Launch, manage and optimize new acquisition campaigns across all channels
including both digital and offline
• Educate, develop and manage communications with pros throughout their time
using HelloToby
• Collaborate with other teams to implement reactivation and retention features to
enhance user stickiness
• Set up, manage and cultivate partnerships opportunities and relationship with
service providers
• Design and update request question forms for your categories, rolling out of new
services
• Gather and synthesize insights on category, including customer and pro needs,
feedbacks, product improvements via surveys, calls, focus groups, and 1:1
interviews
• Be the frontier for our product and development team in capturing feedback from
service providers
• Closely monitor, measure and report on operational key performance metrics
Qualifications
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferred
• Native in written and spoken Chinese; Proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills, can speak clearly, calmly, and persuasively
• Strong execution skills in carrying out tasks within a tight deadline
• Data-driven mindset, makes practical decisions based on a mix of quantitative and
qualitative feedback
• Immediately availability preferred
