There is vacancy for a Country Manager based in Hong Kong, who will join us as a first hire. The Country Manager will look after all aspects of the Hong Kong business, reporting to HQ in Singapore, and be responsible for all of the following:
- Having full accountability for the country unit's P&L and set up targets with HQ
- Run and own all marketing campaigns with support from regional marketing team
- Conduct all sales activities, sales targets/pipeline, and generate & attain revenue
- Fulfill all customer requests and hire adequate manpower to run the day-to-day operations of the business; manage expectations from customers
- Grow and lead the team (in the next 3-6 months: hire sales/marketing manager + team, operations/fulfillment manager) and build the culture of the entire country team
- You will work closely with guidance from the CEO & CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) of the company

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
- At least 3 years' experience in high-growth tech startups in business development, operations, marketing, data analysis or similar
- Well-versed in revenue growth - from digital marketing to sales
- Strong in running operations and securing supply to fulfill customer demand, able to think out of the box to be strategic in this aspect
- Strong communicator, able to speak at different levels to different groups of stakeholders, customers/clients, partners, and employees
- Have experience in team and people management, ideal is to have
- Able to go on-ground and grind with the team
