Caterspot is an online marketplace that connects companies and people with great local catering options. We feed companies and events ranging from holiday parties, corporate events, birthdays, office gatherings, dinner parties, and more. We are bringing software and logistics technology to the manual world of catering to bring ordering online and to finally make ordering catering easy, transparent, and fast for any group of 5 or more.

We are looking at expanding our operational team. You will manage and partner third party logistics companies in Singapore and Hong Kong, reporting directly to the COO. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, data driven approach and a get stuff done attitude; and your responsibilities will include:

· Leading the driver/logistics company onboarding process in both Singapore and Hong Kong

· Supporting the COO in the management of our logistics operational tasks

· Developing and optimizing our delivery time

· Performance Management

· Troubleshooting on orders delivery

· Scheduling drivers and strive for automation

· Ensure the successful scaling of the business due to order growth


This is a very fast paced position where no day is the same – some days are spent in the operations HQ office and sometimes you may find yourself delivering an order!

Each candidate should have the following skills;

· An attitude of getting stuff done

· Exceptional organisational skills

· Desire to progress within a fast paced start-up environment

· 1+ year experience having worked for a high-performing company (corporate/FMCG/engineering/startup)

· Autonomous and adaptable to an ever-changing working environment
