Develop and maintain close relationships within the agency to ensure teams are supported in all areas of digital (programmatic) planning.

Developing customer centric proposal for brands based around programmatic activation and data-led insights.

Guide and educate teams on the importance of planning effectively.

Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance, and to grow campaign success through results and trusted relationships.

Work closely with the programmatic trading team to analyze ROI/CPA goals and KPI’s and ensure campaigns are optimized for success.


3 - 5 years of account servicing or planning within a digital agency or digital outlet.

Solid knowledge of programmatic buying and Search tools and products.

A confident presenter who is not afraid to say no and back up your reasoning based on your experience.

Problem identifier and solver.

Strong attention to details and organizational skills.


This role has lots of room to grow. We would expect the candidate to be hungry for promotion and eventually lead a small digital team. The role is based in Cyberport with beautiful daily views of the sea and free transportation.
